Improved Email Spam Protection
We have recently upgraded our email security to provide better protection against unwanted and harmful messages. These improvements include enhanced detection of suspicious email patterns, as well as the addition of new protections through our partnerships with leading anti-spam providers such as SpamHaus, SpamCop, and Barracuda.
These changes are designed to reduce the amount of spam that reaches your inbox. However, if you use the “More Aggressive” spam filter setting in the eXtend control panel, you may notice some legitimate messages being caught. If that happens, we recommend adjusting your spam filter setting to a less aggressive level.

Issues reported logging into mail

We've had reports of some customers not being able to login to their mailboxes. Our team are aware and investigating urgently.
Update 11:00 - we've identified the root cause, and a fix has been applied, we will continue working to ensure stability and will update again once fully resolved.
