We are currently experiencing issues with outgoing email. Our team is actively investigating and working on a solution. As a precaution, we have temporarily disabled the sending of emails to prevent further disruption.
Any emails you attempt to send during this period will be queued and delivered once the issue has been resolved.

Cloudflare are currently experiencing issues, this is impacting some of our portals and customer control panels. This issue is unfortunately outside of our control, and we are in touch with Cloudflare to understand resolution timelines.
Internal Platform Routing Issue

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting our internal OpenStack platform, which hosts several critical components of our Email service, including Inbound, Outbound, and Mail Forwarding. Our team is actively working to identify the cause, and we’ll provide an update as soon as more information is available.
Update: Issue has been identified and resolved. Our team are monitoring and conducting tests to ensure all services are working as expected.
