We will be performing emergency maintenance on our Business Email platform starting at 04:30 BST on Thursday, October 9th 2025, lasting up to 3 hours. This will affect incoming mail for Business Email users only and the Open-Xchange webmail interface.
The service will be at risk throughout the 3-hour window.
Incoming emails may be delayed or temporarily undeliverable during the downtime.
Outgoing emails will continue to function as normal.
You may see errors in email clients while the service is unavailable.
This maintenance does not affect standard shared hosting email services, including accounts managed through eXtend or cPanel.
